This lumber is primarily reclaimed longleaf pines. Longleaf pine trees grow tall and straight as opposed to its counterpart--the oaks that grow wide and strong. Due to pines' height, these trees were typically used as support beams or wall structures in historical buildings. The coloring differentiates this material from the oak blends. The species of antique pine showcases color tones of honey, brown, and tan.
