Original Saw Cut

We describe any reclaimed beam with its original weathered and aged surface as "Old Patina." Nature's aging process cannot be duplicated with standard finishing and staining. Each salvage project is different, just like each piece of wood is different, but we do offer consistency in the characteristics and species of old patina reclaimed wood beams. Our inventory is always changing, but we keep old patina beams stocked in pine, oak, and mixed hardwood species. Original Saw Cut beams have an old patina that includes the original mill marks from when they were milled on a circle saw mill.
